A strong working relationship between the TIP consultant team and the MEDA project team is essential. The kick-off meeting provides the opportunity to discuss objectives, define success factors, identify relevant studies and initiatives, and review the team’s overall expectations for the engagement. The outcome of the meeting will be a project management plan that will serve as the foundation for all the work to follow.
